I have been working as the Director of Housing Preservation of Jersey City, NJ since Jan, 2023. This Division oversees and enforces the Rent Control Ordinance, Short-Term Rentals, Landlord and Tenant Issues, Vacant Property, Vacant Lots, and Abandon Properties, and Lead-Based Paint Inspections. Prior to being a Director, I worked as an Aide/Community Liaison of the Mayor's Office. In this role, I was tasked with finding ways to help the Mayor's Office better serve and work with the Community at large. I am also a Senior Pastor of World Outreach Christian Church, Jersey City, NJ and the Director of World Outreach Community Center, also in Jersey City, NJ.
