LaChelle Thompson is a 2011 graduate from Montclair State University holding a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Family in Child Studies with a Concentration in Family Services. She continued her education, earning her Master's Degree in Marriage and Family from Liberty University in 2014. She holds over a decade of experience in the Early Childhood arena serving both as a teacher and center director. For the last two years, LaChelle has been the Program Director for the Jobs Plus Program at the Housing Authority in the City of Elizabeth, New Jersey. While her current field is in stark contrast to her previous experience in ECE LaChelle has thoroughly enjoyed working with the people of Elizabeth, helping them to shape their futures in a positive way with the transformative Jobs Plus Program.
