Biographical information

Kikombo Ilunga Ngoy received his M.S. and Ph.D. in geography from the Oregon State University, USA. He is a faculty at Kean University in the School of Environmental and Sustainability Sciences. Before joining Kean University, he was a faculty in Temple University and Vassar College. His research focuses on spatio-temporal landscape modeling including land use and land cover change, and climate change using Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in New Jersey and in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Dr. Ngoy is a member of the American Association of Geographers (AAG), and the New Jersey Academy of Science (NJAS).
